Give us a call. We offer free screenings. After spending a few minutes with you and your child, our experienced therapists will either recommend a full evaluation, offer suggestions for things to work on at home, or provide you with additional information about specialist physicians to rule out the possibility of any underlying medical conditions.
ContactDon’t wait. We offer free screenings, so give us a call. Spending a few minutes with one of our experienced therapists may give you peace of mind. If we notice anything concerning, we will be happy to reach out to your pediatrician and discuss our concerns to determine if a full evaluation might and therapy services might be appropriate. Addressing small delays in development can often help avoid longer term muscle weakness and imbalances as well as more serious motor delays.
ContactInsurance carriers have many different plans, inclusions, and exclusions, and plan language is often confusing. Our billing staff is dedicated to helping families determine if their insurance will cover therapy services based on their child’s age and diagnosis. Please contact us (have your insurance card handy) and we will be happy to investigate your coverage and provide you with information regarding your estimated out of pocket costs for therapy services.
ContactMost insurance carriers require a prescription from a physician in order to pay for therapy services. If you are planning to submit charges through your insurance carrier, then it is advisable to have a prescription in advance of your first visit. In addition, some insurance carriers require special authorizations. It is best to call us and discuss your insurance coverage/payment preferences. In most instances we are able to fax a request to your child’s pediatrician and have prescriptions sent directly to our office for your convenience.
